DEC 19, 2025 DEADLINE MISSED. Only ~12,285 docs released of 6M+ identified. 500+ pages blacked out. DOJ declared partial compliance.
DEC 20, 2025 FILES DISAPPEARED. 16 files pulled from DOJ website within 24 hours of release. No explanation given.
JAN 30, 2026 FALSE COMPLIANCE CLAIM. DOJ released 3M+ pages, declared “full compliance.” Internal database found 65,000+ pages shorter than initial release.
FEB 2026 47,635 FILES TAKEN OFFLINE “for further review.” No statutory authority cited. Congress not notified.
FEB 24, 2026 NPR BOMBSHELL. DOJ withheld 53 pages of FBI interviews documenting sexual abuse accusations against Trump. FBI interviewed the accuser four times. DOJ said files were “incorrectly coded as duplicative.”
MAR 5–6, 2026 PARTIAL RELEASE AFTER PRESSURE. DOJ released 16 previously-withheld pages. 37 pages still missing. No accountability for the withholding.
